To continue this incredible adventure, we are currently looking for a motivated Senior CRM Manager (m/f/x) for our Marketing team at our Berlin HQ (3 days per week).

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact! We want to kindly highlight that an extension beyond the contract period is not guaranteed. The ideal starting date is November 1st. 

🎯  What you will contribute:

  • Strategize and Execute: You will own the development and implementation of targeted CRM campaigns across the German and Austrian markets to activate, retain, and reactivate our customer base. This includes defining audience segmentation, setting KPIs, and creating a clear testing roadmap to continuously boost engagement.
  • Build Compelling Campaigns: Conceptualize and manage everything from one-off promotional messages to complex, automated lifecycle journeys. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process, including goal-setting, messaging, and defining offers.
  • Drive Personalization: Leverage customer data (such as RFM scores, CLV, and past behavior) to create highly personalized 1:1 communications. You'll configure dynamic content and voucher logic to deliver tailored messaging at scale.
  • Optimize and Test: Measure campaign effectiveness through rigorous A/B testing and data analysis, translating insights into actionable improvements for future campaigns.
  • Orchestrate Channels: Manage the campaign cadence and strategy across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You'll establish timing, deliverability best practices, and behavior-driven triggers to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the Content team to brief, build, and deliver campaigns using Braze, ensuring a thorough QA process for flawless execution.

🤝 What you bring:

  • Proven Experience: 3-6 years of professional experience as a CRM Manager, with a strong preference for backgrounds in e-commerce, retail, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Platform Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms, specifically Braze, including deep knowledge of campaign and canvas creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: A working knowledge of SQL for data queries and practical skills in HTML/CSS for email template management and customization.
  • Analytical & Commercial Mindset: You are highly analytical, comfortable with data, and possess a strong commercial understanding that connects CRM activities to business goals.
  • Proactive & Collaborative: You demonstrate initiative, ownership, and excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. C1+ German skills will be strongly preferred.
