Fluidra’s looking for a Senior CRM Business Analyst to join our team in Carlsbad, CA. This is an onsite opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
As a Sr. CRM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for facilitating alignment of business processes with Salesforce.com functionality. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze solutions, document specifications, and create detailed project action steps. Your role involves collaborating closely with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhances the overall customer relationship management system. Additionally, your responsibilities will include testing, training end-users, ensuring data quality, maintaining the overall project log, and providing project status updates. Additionally, you will:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and collect requirements for CRM system implementation or enhancements.
- Customization: Work with CRM and business stakeholders to configure the CRM system to meet business requirements, including configuring fields, workflows, and integrations.
- Analysis: Conduct analysis on existing CRM workflows, data structures, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Documentation: Document detailed requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for CRM system changes or implementations. Clearly articulating project objectives, scope of work, and deliverable timelines of project team members.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements on both sides.
- Project Management: Manage accuracy and organization of overall project log. Produce and maintain project status updates, identify and mitigate risks.
- Testing: Develop and oversee the execution of test plans to ensure that CRM system changes meet specified requirements and function as intended.
- Training: Ensure the end-users are trained on new CRM features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize user adoption.
- Data Management: Oversee data quality initiatives, ensuring accurate and consistent data within the CRM system.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about CRM industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for ongoing improvements to the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certifications are a plus.
- 3 or more years in a similar CRM or business analyst role.
- Proven track record of successful CRM implementation and optimizations.
- Proficient in CRM software and related tools, preferably Salesforce.com
- Understanding and demonstration of project management methodologies.
- Proficient in data management practices, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Knowledge of data cleansing, and integrity of CRM data.
- Familiar with data integration and migration process within CRM systems.
- History of demonstrating ability to identify and solve complex process and data issues.
- Strong communication skills interacting with both technical and non-technical teams.
- The ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and establish actionable insights.
- Strong data analysis skills using tools like, Excel and other specialized CRM analytics tools.
- Travel 10%-20%
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Expected salary range is $110,000 - $135,000. Fluidra offers a comprehensive total rewards / benefits program that includes base salary, annual bonus based on performance of individual and company objectives, competitive 401K matching, paid vacation and sick time, full range of health benefits, educational assistance, etc. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and location.
