RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive project briefs, translate to Studio brief and create project quote and timelines.
- Manages a project planning, organizing, and overseeing tasks and resources to achieve specific goals within a defined timeframe keeping teams aligned, budgets on track, and delivering successful outcomes.
- Meticulously outlines objectives, tasks, resources and timelines guiding a project from brief to completion ensuring efficiency and success
- Track and communicate status proactively to maintain transparency and clarity on multiple, parallel workstreams for the team and clients. - OVERCOMMUNICATION
- Keep all Edelman teams informed about Project status and ETA´s and level setting before meetings or reviews.
- Embody thoroughness and presicion and leave no room for error
- Project spent vs budget hours follow up (constant allocation updates)
- Handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Keep good relationships with colleagues and team members.
- Be constantly updated about tendencies, platforms and formats used daily.
- Analyze projects in a critical way to find opportunities of operation changes
- Ensures workflow, QA and archiving of final assets
- Becomes a trustful, creative and expert partner that supports all teams and projects with high-quality, agility and innovative POV
- Asks all the questions to clarify all design and production related information needed to develop the project.
- Have a passion for learning new tools, features, and platforms, and adapt to optimize our systems for the team to do their best work.
- Proven ability to generate effective cross team communications in a collaborative, hybrid environment to drive workflows.
- Experienced in workflow documentation and share outs with internal team and clients.
- Skilled in troubleshooting issues and proactively addressing blockers.
PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
- 5-7 years of experience as a account executive/executive producer, working in advertising agencies, production or post production houses.
- Strong organizational skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IOS (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
- A creative, open-minded, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
- Confident when working autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize a large workload according to ever changing project needs
- Solid time management, planning and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to multi-task and process information efficiently
- Assertive and proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, delegate tasks, and manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and people skills, leadership skills, ability to interact with people at every level, including upper management.
- Positive and energetic candidate who brings enthusiasm to their work.
- English level required: B2 - Intermediate (Ideal but NOT mandatory)
