SUMMARY

Kids2 is seeking a Sr. Creative Operations specialist to support the planning, tracking, and trafficking of global creative projects across our portfolio of brands. This role will play a critical part in ensuring that go-to-market creative deliverables are accurately integrated into the company’s global end-to-end workflow and executed on time across multiple channels.

The Sr. Creative Operations specialist will work closely with Creative, Marketing, Category, and Ecommerce teams to manage project intake, maintain project timelines, and track deliverables using tools such as Smartsheet and Workfront. This individual will help ensure visibility, accountability, and alignment across teams while supporting the efficient execution of creative projects that power product launches and marketing campaigns worldwide.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate the intake, tracking, and trafficking of global creative projects across design, content, and production teams
  • Manage project workflows using Smartsheet, Workfront, and other project management tools to ensure accurate timelines and visibility
  • Track go-to-market creative deliverables for new product launches and marketing campaigns across global markets
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively identify timeline risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Creative, Category, Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales to ensure deliverables are clearly defined and tracked
  • Ensure all required creative assets are accounted for and integrated into the global end-to-end go-to-market workflow
  • Support the documentation and continuous improvement of creative operations processes and workflows
  • Facilitate project updates and status reporting to ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into timelines and progress
  • Assist with the coordination of asset delivery and handoff to appropriate teams or systems such as Digital Asset Management platforms
  • Support the development of scalable workflows that improve efficiency, accountability, and global alignment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, marketing operations, or production coordination
  • Experience working with project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Workfront, Asana, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience supporting creative or marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process execution
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions

EDUCATION & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong understanding of project workflows and operational processes
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage complex project timelines
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across teams

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • CET- 6 or above, or equivalent English proficiency
  • Project management certificate, eg. PMP, is preferred

COMPUTER/TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Experience with Smartsheet, Workfront, or similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
  • Experience with workflow documentation and reporting tools

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. 
  • The team member frequently is required to sit; have flexible use of hands; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. 
  • The team member is occasionally required to stand, walk, and taste or smell. 
  • The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 - 50 pounds. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
