Manages the European and UK supply chain network through integrated 3PL partners overseeing warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and delivery. Responsibilities include KPI and SLA management, forecasting, cost analysis, invoice validation, contract negotiations, team leadership, supply chain disruption resolution, and continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in EU-UK trade regulations, customs, international shipping, WMS platforms, data analysis, and monthly travel among UK and European facilities.

Manage the logistics department with order delivery planning as the primary focus. Oversee warehousing, shipping, customs, inventory, supplier coordination, budgeting, cost control, KPIs, and logistics team development. May mentor a key account sales team and frequently visit retail stores to support execution and optimize channel performance.

Manage and track creative project workflows across Smartsheets and letsflo, organize digital assets in Brandfolder, monitor timelines and deliverables, report status to stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, coordinate with internal and external teams, prepare dashboards, and suggest process improvements to streamline post-production operations.
