1. Collaborate with the sales/service team to manage and complete timely shipment and delivery to customers, ensuring on-time communication and delivery.
2. Coordinate with domestic and Singapore warehouses to accurately grasp delivery dates and transportation status.
3. Input and verify service orders for engineers, and process data.
4. Facilitate and coordinate Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) as needed, and arrange for replacement products to be delivered to customers in case of defective items.
5. Respond efficiently to requirements from customers and the sales/service team, providing cooperative support, including handling inquiries.
6. Ensure proper documentation and transportation management processes in accordance with company policy, leading to improved customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure timely reporting of orders, inventory, and backlogs, and create weekly and monthly reports upon request.
8. Be responsible for setting, managing, and operating safety stock at the domestic warehouse.
9. Coordinate with the Singapore plant logistics and domestic partner companies to arrange shipments.
10. Communicate and coordinate with business partners and relevant internal departments.
11. Respond and report promptly to problems and collaborate with the sales/service team.
12. Participate in special projects and key initiatives identified from time to time.
13. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the manager.
This position is responsible for creating Work Orders for engineers. The role requires generating 5-6 Work Orders per engineer per week. Currently, engineers create these Work Orders themselves, but this responsibility will be transitioned to the Customer Care team, hence this recruitment.
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for a portion of logistics operations. Specifically, this includes handling import/export procedures, managing domestic warehouse provisions, communicating with domestic delivery partners, and issuing import/export instructions using SAP.
