Summary:
Manage MPS & Customer NPI process (especially for MPC product) and related components as well as suppliers management. Evaluate and deliver customer requirements, coordinate and confirm the execution of customer requirements by all internal departments and suppliers.

- Responsible for MPS NPI quality management, such as NPI process control, data collection and discussion, change management, deliverables of each stage, etc. 负责MPS新产品导入质量管理，如新产品开发过程控制、数据收集和讨论、变更管理、节点输出等。
- Responsible for customer NPI package & template development and maintenance. 负责客户端新品导入数据包和模板的开发和维护。

Requirements 岗位要求：
