We are looking for a Sr. Cost Accountant as we accelerate our growth journey. This role will work as part of the Global Operations Finance and Cost Accounting team and provide financial reporting and analysis and support growth opportunities as our business expands.
What You’ll Do:

Before the Fusion Cloud Release 1 cutover, assist in reviewing the migration plan to ensure; Steps are clearly identified, and interdependencies are thoroughly assessed and accounted for. Gaps are identified, with resolutions in place. Reconciliation processes and manual journal entries are outlined, with defined procedures for execution during the cutover phase.
- During Release 1 cutover, perform required reconciliations impacting inventory, and booking identified manual adjustments required

Post Release 1 migration, take the lead on re-building I/co controls for the different I/co flows post Release I transition: SCFO, Interim Solutions, etc.

Redefine I/co matching standard procedure, build procedures to identify month-end journal entries to fill process gaps

Post Release 1 transition, support process stabilization by reviewing errors and drive discussions for resolution

Support identification and build of new reports to satisfy needs for analytics and financial close

Drive the completion of Policies and Procedures document for Annual Standard Cost

Support discovery and design effort for next phases of Fusion Cloud project

Support any other special projects as identified and assigned
What You'll Bring
-
BS in Finance or Accounting and at least 8 years or more cost accounting experience, MBA/CPA would be a great plus

Knowledge of inventory and costing, understanding of Variance Analysis

Experienced with inventory valuation & provision requirements

Experienced in global supply chain legal entity structure and end-to-end supply chain accounting flows

Experience in driving global business process transformation / optimization, capable of driving business integration / readiness activities; M&A integration experience a plus

Solution oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to bring a cross functional team onto the same page for a solution
