Summary:

In this role, you will support the execution and continuous improvement of Vizient's corporate responsibility strategy by coordinating key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, advancing reporting and transparency efforts, and collaborating across the organization. You will contribute data-driven insights, manage reporting processes, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders to promote sustainability, strengthen corporate responsibility programs, and support organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of initiatives aligned with Vizient's corporate responsibility strategy.

• Coordinate and monitor progress toward corporate responsibility reporting and transparency goals using established external reporting frameworks.

• Manage the development and delivery of the Corporate Responsibility Report, including coordination of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, validate, and analyze corporate responsibility data, metrics, and supporting documentation.

• Collect, validate, and manage greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data utilizing the organization's GHG management software.

• Develop and maintain reporting processes, documentation, and project timelines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with reporting requirements.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business planning and operational initiatives.

• Develop communications and presentation materials that increase awareness of corporate responsibility priorities, progress, and achievements for internal and external audiences.

• Monitor emerging ESG trends, reporting frameworks, regulations, and best practices to recommend program enhancements.

• Analyze program performance and reporting outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased organizational impact.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Experience supporting corporate responsibility, ESG, sustainability, or related programs.

• Knowledge of corporate responsibility reporting frameworks, including Global Reporting Initiative (GRI); experience with additional ESG reporting frameworks preferred.

• Experience collecting, validating, and analyzing environmental or sustainability data, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.

• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ESG or sustainability reporting software preferred.

• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.
