Sr. Corporate Development Manager
Intapp is seeking a high energy and innovative professional to join our Corporate Development team. The Senior Manager will join a small, collaborative group focused on the origination, execution and integration of M&A. The position offers significant exposure to senior leaders across the company as well as significant career progression potential.
What you will do:
Drive an end-to-end M&A process including developing inorganic strategies, market scans, target valuation, due diligence, deal negotiations and integration
Manage a comprehensive due diligence process that involves close collaboration across multiple functions
Conduct in-depth quantitative financial and valuation analyses to assess M&A opportunities
Prepare written communications and presentations to key senior executives
Support deal sourcing and pipeline management
What you will need:
7+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking
Strong deal process management and problem solving skills
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation (public & private), and synergy analysis
Experience in transaction document negotiation and integration a plus
