What Field and Call Center Support contributes to Cardinal Health:
Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services.
Field and Call Center Support is responsible for managing logistics, analytics and performance metrics.
Accountabilities:
- Provide customer service to clients (answering calls and/or tickets management)
- Manage department inventory
- Maintain up to date services documentation and ensure all documents are process in a timely manner
- Assist department with other clerical duties such as, but not limited to: answering calls, verifying invoices, keep files up to date; among others
- Process invoices for services, rents, and parts to EBS customers
- Ensure that all necessary products are available in the EBS department
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience will be considered
- 3 years of experience in Technical Customer Service is preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and verbal is required.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Excel Knowledge is required
- Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills are required
- Lift weight from 30 pounds or more as necessary is required
- Experience in ERP is highly preferred
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
