AMC Global Media is home to many of the greatest stories and characters in TV and film and the premier destination for passionate and engaged fan communities around the world. 

We create and curate celebrated series and films across distinct brands and make them available to audiences everywhere. Our portfolio includes targeted streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK and HIDIVE; cable networks AMC, BBC AMERICA, Independent Film Company, Sundance TV and We TV; and film distribution labels Independent Film Company and RLJE Films. The company also operates AMC Studios, our in-house studio, production, and distribution operation behind acclaimed and fan-favorite originals including The Walking Dead Universe and the Anne Rice Immortal Universe, and AMC Networks International, our international programming business. 

We are currently seeking a Sr. Coordinator - Ad Ops to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations based in our New York, NY offices.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage digital campaigns across all AMC Networks

  • Ensure campaigns are built accurately according to IO’s and Media Plans

  • Manage trafficking process for video/display campaigns and screen shot requests

  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign performance by investigating ad server issues, third party discrepancies, and under delivery issues.

  • Assist in reporting and optimization requests

  • Serve as the ad server (Freewheel, Google, Publica) expert within the Ad Sales division.

  • Work closely with Sales, Sales Planning, Sales Assistants, Marketing, and Product Teams

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

  • Professional interpersonal communication skills, with internal and external customers. Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly.

  • Efficiently establish rapport and professional relationships.

  • Ability to think critically; have analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new productivity software application tools.

  • Proven ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver quality results.

  • Familiarity with the digital online ecosystem, including familiarity with third-party ad servers such as DCM, Innovid, etc. as well as ad serving/CRM systems such as FreeWheel, Publica, Boostr, and other systems.

  • Media & Entertainment industry experience is a plus.

The base compensation for this position is $58,000 to $63,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Global Media additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
