As a Sr Coordinator Digital Marketing, you will help keep QVC US marketing campaigns moving from idea to launch. You will partner with the QVC US Account Manager, Performance Marketing, and serve as a key day-to-day liaison between the business and the channel teams that execute our marketing programs.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants broad exposure to how performance marketing works inside a large, fast-moving retail and live commerce business. You will coordinate campaign details, manage timelines and calendars, gather assets and inputs from your partners, support tracking and QA readiness, and help turn campaign activity into clear reporting and updates.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily marketing initiatives across digital and selected non-digital channels
Maintain marketing calendars and flight plans, including launch dates, channels, offers, messaging, and key campaign details
Help develop campaign plans, briefs, timelines, and execution documents
Manage project workflows from concept through delivery to help campaigns launch
Request and route creative assets to internal and external partners based on campaign timelines
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing messages, promotions, and offers are accurate and aligned
Help ensure campaign tracking, testing parameters, and QA steps are in place before launch
Build a working knowledge of performance marketing channels and how they contribute to our goals
Create materials such as calendars, briefs, and summaries that help stakeholders understand marketing activity and priorities
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Business or related experience
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, eCommerce, or a related field
Experience supporting campaigns across digital marketing channels such as paid media, email, social, web, or affiliate
