As a Sr Controllership Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting the controllership function by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting policies, and assisting in the financial close processes. You will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within the controllership team.


You will report directly to the Industrial Automation Assistant Controller and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid work schedule.


In this role, you will impact the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting, support business decision-making through insightful financial analysis, and support the financial close processes to ensure timely and precise financial statements.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the day-to-day operations of the Industrial Automation SBG controllership function
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process by coordinating with various teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications

You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting firm with service to mid or large cap public companies or similar role in corporate controller organization

  • Active CPA license or in pursuit of achieving license
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial consolidation tools to support accurate and efficient financial processes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify discrepancies or areas for improvement
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Skills Required
