- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with customers, suppliers, and other third parties
- Maintain accurate and uptodate contract records and documentation
- Handle contract disputes and provide guidance on dispute resolution
- 5+ years of experience managing/negotiating contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions
- Ability to work with team members and suppliers in different locations
- Attention to detail and ability to work across functions
- Drive efficiencies and process improvements
- Solid analytical skills and strong business acumen
- Demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations
- Consistently makes timely decisions balancing information
