Sr Contracts Representative
As a Sr Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the contract lifecycle for our business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful execution of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
You will report directly to our PT EATCA Assistant General Counsel and you’ll work out of our Prague location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact Honeywell's contract management function and overall business operations by effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and protecting the company's interests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, and review.Provision of overall contractual support (review, drafting, negotiation flow-down and interpretation of T&Cs and other contractual documents) to assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide strategic advice.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Identifies and mitigates risks connected with non-standard conditions and customer direct changes in proposed contractual documents. .
YOU MUST HAVE
- Experience managing and negotiating contracts.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
- Expertise in contract management tools and negotiation techniques.
- Very good knowledge of English (both spoken and written) including knowledge of legal and business terminology; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
