Spécialiste Principal - Gestion des Contrats
Résumé du poste : Le Spécialiste Principal - Gestion des Contrats est un expert en contrats (non juridique) soutenant toutes les phases des projets (de l'appel d'offres à la livraison — ITO/OTR). Ce rôle se concentre sur les projets impliquant des centres de données et/ou la technologie HVDC (courant continu haute tension), en gérant les négociations, mitigation des risques, les questions commerciales, les relations clients et fournisseurs, les réclamations, les litiges et les assurances.
Rôles et responsabilités :
- Gérer les mitigations des risques, enjeux commerciaux, les négociations et les relations avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
- Traiter les réclamations, les litiges et les dossiers d'assurance tout au long du cycle de vie du projet.
- Développer une expertise approfondie dans la discipline de la gestion de contrats et servir de ressource de référence pour l'équipe en matière de meilleures pratiques.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration des stratégies et des politiques, et assurer l'exécution dans son domaine de responsabilité.
- Agir en tant qu'influenceur chevronné, capable de communiquer des messages complexes et de bâtir un consensus entre les parties prenantes.
- Diriger de petits projets comportant des risques et des besoins en ressources modérés, tout en encadrant les collègues moins expérimentés.
- Utiliser son expertise technique et l'analyse de données issues des plateformes de GE Vernova pour appuyer les recommandations et le rythme opérationnel de la fonction.
Qualifications requises :
- Langues : Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, est obligatoire.
- Formation / Expérience : Expérience significative dans les domaines juridique et/ou de la gestion de contrats. Niveau de connaissances comparable à une maîtrise d'une université ou d'un collège accrédité (ou un diplôme d'études secondaires avec une expérience pertinente approfondie).
- Mode de travail : Il s'agit d'un modèle hybride, nécessitant une combinaison de télétravail et une présence physique au bureau de GE Vernova à La Prairie, QC.

: Senior Specialist - Contract Management
Role Summary: The Senior Specialist - Contract Management is a non-legal contract management expert supporting all project phases (Inquiry to Order - ITO and Order to Remittance - OTR). This role focuses on projects involving Grid Integration/Data Centers and/or HVDC technology, managing negotiations, risk mitigation, commercial issues, customer/supplier relationships, claims, disputes, and insurance.
