Sr Contract Manufacturing Specialist 

Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing leadership team, you will lead contract manufacturing operations across co-manufacturing locations while driving business performance, cross-functional initiatives, and cost savings programs. You will operate in a complex matrix environment to improve processes, support brand initiatives, and deliver top and bottom line results across external manufacturing partners.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare, facilitate, and execute cost savings ideation sessions
  • Lead and contribute to business process improvement projects across contract manufacturing operations
  • Support use of business systems including SAP transactions and maintenance of the contract management database
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in operations, engineering, or a science-related field
  • Experience in factory operations within a food manufacturing environment, including roles such as production supervisor or team leader
  • Three to five years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations in a food environment preferred
  • Experience in warehousing, quality assurance, continuous improvement, maintenance, or engineering is preferred
  • Proven record of developing and implementing change in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of food safety requirements in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
  • High energy and adaptability to work across a matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent

Compensation 

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.

Skills Required

  • Experience in factory operations within a food manufacturing environment (e.g., production supervisor or team leader)
