As a Sr Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in enhancing manufacturing processes and the Quality Management System at Breg by applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and leading improvement initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer you will:

  • Lead and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance product quality using Lean Six Sigma tools.
  • Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor KPIs and quality metrics to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and support new product transfers.
  • Conduct process and workflow analyses to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure process changes are properly documented, validated, and communicated.
  • Act as a Lean Six Sigma practitioner and change agent.
  • Coach and mentor teams on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Promote and model Breg’s culture of accountability and professional behavior.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, continuous improvement, or a related role.
  • Experience in regulated environments, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and MDSAP requirements.
  • Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools applied to manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
  • Experience coaching or training teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong focus on manufacturing operations improvement.
  • Advanced or fluent English proficiency required.
