Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join our Brand Strategy, Insights and Analytics team. This position is responsible for delivering impactful insights and partnering across different lines of businesses, product and marketing teams. Responsibilities include managing or conducting primary research, creating actionable recommendations from different information sets, and powerfully blending insights into strategy. The ideal candidate will apply their expertise in research consulting or strategy to collaborate with our own team, our internal partners and our leaders. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and strategic planning to support our marketing initiatives and business goals.

Essential Functions
•    
Collaborate with a wide variety of teams across the enterprise to understand and address key business questions by providing integrated insights, maximizing primary/secondary research or additional information sources.
•    Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research with necessary rigor and quality. 
•    Produce executive communications at a high level and use storytelling to portray the complete view of research findings and implications.
•    Develop clear insights-driven recommendations, artefacts or strategic frameworks as tools for the larger organization.

Qualifications
Minimum Required

•    5 + years of experience in strategic roles within a brand and marketing organization or 5+ years of experience in a research consulting or strategy role, client or vendor side
•    Experience in a broad range of research approaches and when/how to directly apply them to the marketing or business objective
•    Extensive knowledge of brand strategy, marketing/commercial strategy, and/or brand management
•    Highly proficient in synthesizing information and creating well-designed presentations, briefs, reports, and other materials

Education
Minimum Required 

•    Bachelor of Science, Masters/Advanced Degree strongly preferred.

Base Pay Range: $93,600 - $168,900

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
