About This Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who doesn’t just design; they build brands. This role requires deep conceptual thinking, strategic rigor, and the ability to translate identity into full ecosystems. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is split between hands-on project execution (70%) working closely with our Design Lead on day-to-day brand and marketing deliverables and guidelines (30%) shaping and evolving visual identity and governance for our premium consumer product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Execution (70%)
- Take ownership of assigned design projects from brief to final delivery.
- Work closely with the Design Lead daily, aligning on direction, feedback, and best practices for asset creation.
- Design high-fidelity launch collateral using precise grid structures and typography.
- Translate complex technology into clean, minimalist visual narratives that adhere to established design principles.
- Execute US marketing touchpoints with consistent visual integrity.
Brand Guidelines (30%)
- Lead conceptual development of holistic brand systems (packaging, web, digital, retail) alongside our Design Lead.
- Establish global brand guidelines and governance systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in brand identity, ideally within consumer tech.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong typographic discipline and experience working within grid-based systems.
- Comfortable balancing independent ownership with close, collaborative partnership with a design lead.
- Keen eye for photography and art direction.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years experience in brand design with strong agency or studio background
- Strong modern typography, layout, and conceptual skills; keen eye for photography; ability to establish brand guidelines
- Portfolio demonstrating brand system thinking (not just logos)
- Proven campaign work showing integrated, multi-channel executions
- Ability to move between conceptual ideation and high-level execution
- Comfortable working across industries, especially fashion, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands
- Figma proficiency
