What You’ll Do
- Risk Value Realization Customer Management
- Portfolio Management & Organization: Successfully manage multiple complex customer accounts simultaneously. Maintain a high level of organization to oversee schedules, deliverables, and ensure every client consistently gets the tailored help and guidance they need.
- Strategic Alignment ("Big Picture" Focus): Possess the ability to step back from the tactical "weeds" and see the big picture. When clients request specific tasks or configurations, proactively question and evaluate whether these actions make strategic sense for their overall TPRM goals, acting as a true advisor rather than an order-taker.
- Continuous Value Optimization: Shift clients from "functional" to "best-in-class" by identifying underutilized Coupa Risk Assess features and optimizing workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Reporting & ROI Demonstration: Create and manage all client reporting needs. Develop custom dashboards and metrics that translate day-to-day data into executive-level insights, demonstrating the ROI of their TPRM program to executive leadership.
- Expert Consulting & Strategic Advisory
- Strategic Coaching: Advise clients at both the strategic level (program governance and policy) and tactical level (system configuration).
- Complex Solutioning: Master complex configuration requests and coach clients on best practices to avoid "clunky" or isolated processes.
- Policy Development: Assist in creating and refining new procedures, policies, and models (diagrams, documents) to support evolving client needs.
- Proactive Monitoring: Actively monitor customer environments to identify technical needs, issues, or opportunities for improvement before they impact the business.
- Business Development & Team Support
- Proposal & Pricing: Participate in prospect pursuits, develop resource estimates, and lead "value conversations" to support Business Development and Customer Value Managers (CVMs).
- Mentorship: Transfer knowledge and experience to junior team members on an ongoing basis to build a robust internal knowledge base.
- Internal Partnership: Partner with other Coupa teams to solve complex client challenges and recommend process solutions that ensure high-quality results.
