Sr. Consultant (Hybrid Salesforce Admin/Developer)
Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)
Job Summary:

This hybrid role demands proficiency in APEX development, analytical business acumen, and comprehensive Salesforce administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using APEX and other Salesforce technologies.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Administer and configure Salesforce environments to meet project needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce projects.
- Manage Salesforce projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements leveraging new features.
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience with successful project delivery in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud/CPQ.
- Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) and Salesforce Consultant Certifications in Cloud area of expertise strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in APEX and Salesforce platform development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.
