The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization, along with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute data analytics frameworks to evaluate business and operational performance across client engagements.
Perform end-to-end data analysis, including exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and performance evaluation.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.
Translate analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business and operational improvement.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytical outputs and reporting deliverables.
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or related disciplines.
6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles, preferably in a consulting or client-facing environment.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and large-scale data processing.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Required
