Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Compliance Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Establish, implement and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements
- Oversee the Front Line's execution and challenges appropriately on compliance related decisions
- Provide oversight and monitoring of risk-based compliance programs
- Develop and oversee standards
- Provide subject matter expertise with comprehensive knowledge of business and functional area
- Provide compliance risk expertise and consulting for projects and initiatives with moderate risk for a business line or functional area
- Monitor reporting, escalation, and timely remediation of issues, deficiencies or regulatory matters regarding compliance risk management
- Provide direction to the business on developing corrective action plans and effectively managing regulatory change

- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Work with complex business units, rules and regulations on moderate risk compliance matters
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- 4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of experience in QA, UAT, SDLC, and test automation, preferably in compliance or regulated domains.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Playwright automation (TypeScript or Python) and Selenium, including framework development and regression suite automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor small teams (2-3 members), driving delivery excellence.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
- Hands-on experience applying Gen AI solutions in UAT/QA or SDLC lifecycle (e.g., AI-driven test scenario generation, automation, or analytics).
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 UAT/QA specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize automation frameworks and smoke/regression suites for 20+ applications.
- Design and execute UAT plans, test strategies, and signoffs for compliance technology implementations.
- Partner with business and testing teams to ensure test scripts accurately reflect business processes.
- Drive automation using Playwright, Selenium, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Gen AI tools.
- Track and triage application defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
- Author complex test scenarios, cases, and scripts; support training and documentation updates.
- Continuously research and adopt new automation tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Communicate test results, risks, and status to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain (2-3 years preferred).
- Deep knowledge of test automation (Playwright)methodologies, frameworks, and enterprise quality engineering transformation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, code reviews, secure coding, and code coverage practices.
- Familiarity with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and hybrid functional/automation testing.
- Ability to quickly understand business processes and map application functions.
- Experience in building automation workflows using Power Automate
- Proficient level understanding and working experience on Power Platform
- Proficient Level experience in design and develop custom business apps (Canvas Apps, SharePoint Form Apps, Model Driven Apps
