The Sr. Compliance Manager is responsible for partnering with organizational leaders to provide direction and guidance related to WellSky’s compliance programs. The scope of this job includes managing compliance and regulatory matters related to healthcare and privacy to ensure overall compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, revise, maintain, and implement compliance policies and procedures consistent with changing state and federal compliance requirements, including HIPAA and other statutes applicable to data privacy, health IT, and services supporting healthcare providers.
- Lead efforts to implement integration of AI capabilities into compliance workflows
- Lead internal investigations to assess the organization’s compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies (e.g., conflict of interest review).
- Report to the WellSky Compliance Committee on the health of compliance program activities, initiatives, and adherence.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- At least 8-12 years of related work experience
Preferred qualifications
- Experience configuring and managing GRC tool, Onspring preferred
- Experience with supporting SOC and HITRUST audits for Health IT Software

- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
