DESCRIPTION:
Join our Total Rewards team as a Senior Manager of Compensation, where you'll contribute to shaping and delivering effective compensation solutions. You'll lead the design, governance, and administration of comprehensive rewards programs while collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to create solutions that drive employee engagement and business success. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence strategic compensation decisions, manage complex projects, and contribute to the company's global rewards initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with demonstrated expertise in program design and administration
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Sciences, or related field
• Professional certification in Compensation and Benefits preferred
• Knowledge of compensation laws, regulations, and market practices
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
• Experience managing compensation infrastructure and salary structures within job architecture frameworks
• Strong business partnering skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

• Experience in the design, development and delivery of corporate compensation programs

• Experience managing relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and digital tools
• Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Change management experience, including works council interactions
• Flexibility with scheduling and travel as needed
• Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy
• Independent problem-solving abilities with practical solutions

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $130,000.00–$194,950.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
