Sr. Communications Specialist, EMEA (Fixed-Term, 12-Month Maternity Leave Coverage)

We're looking for a collaborative, creative, and enthusiastic Sr. Communications Specialist to join NinjaOne's Global Corporate Communications team on a 12-month contract. Based in Berlin and reporting to our US-based Sr. Manager of Public Relations, you will work closely with the global marketing team to raise brand visibility across the EMEA region. You will lead high-impact initiatives: creating thought leadership content, supporting multi-channel campaigns, and amplifying NinjaOne's reputation. You will also play a key role in our global public relations program, managing agencies, developing short- and long-form content, driving award submissions, producing reports, and more. Above all, you must be an exceptional writer. We want someone who thrives on putting words to work-whether it is a press release, commentary, or media pitch. What You'll Be Doing:

• Writing and editing. A lot - think press releases, bylined articles, media commentary, award submissions, and other content that gets us noticed
• Supporting multi-channel campaigns, from events to major product announcements
• Collaborating with our EMEA marketing and creative teams to create standout PR content while ensuring consistency with global communications
• Helping adapt global narratives and campaigns for EMEA audiences
• Leading our global PR reporting engine to track the metrics that matter
• Managing day-to-day agency relationships and aligning stakeholders across regions
• Driving awards and speaker submissions to elevate NinjaOne's thought leadership
• Building relationships with media, analysts, and influencers to expand our visibility
• Scoping industry trends and competitor moves to stay ahead of the curve
• Other duties as needed

About You:

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, PR, or communications-bonus points for SaaS or tech.
• A way with words: You know how to write content people actually want to read.
• Strong English writing/editing skills required. German skills = a big plus!
• An eye for detail and solid organization skills
• A team-first attitude with a healthy dose of curiosity and initiative
• A passion for storytelling, creativity, and making complex ideas click
• Strong knowledge of the media landscape and cultural dynamics in EMEA markets
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a challenging, fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Preferred BA/BS Degree in any field - we value diversity!
