Required Skills:
- 8 plus years of extensive experience in IT Staffing sales, particularly in recruiting contingent labour into Financial and Professional Services Companies.
- Proven track record of selling to Enterprise clients across technology, energy & manufacturing domain and scoping strategic contingent work programs, including ramp-up plans and Statement of Work engagements.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior hiring managers and decision-makers within large enterprises.
- Experience throughout both the sales and delivery process is essential.
