The salary range for this role is $70,000-80,000/year + Bonus
The Senior Client Services Analyst serves as a primary bridge between market research clients and internal analytical teams. This role combines key account management, rigorous data analysis, project oversight, and strategic storytelling to deliver actionable market insights, answer complex business questions, and drive strong client trust and retention.
What You'll Do
Client Management & Consulting
- Lead day-to-day relationships with key contacts, moving beyond immediate briefs to understand and support broader business objectives.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of recurring client quarterly reporting processes.
- Build long-term trust and act as a consultative partner on market research insights and industry trends
Analysis & Data Storytelling
- Deliver impactful ad-hoc analysis with a strong "what and why" mindset to solve complex business queries.
- Interpret complex data sets and translate findings into clear, commercially relevant, and actionable recommendations.
- Apply strong presentation and data storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
