As a Sr. Client Partner at Pinterest, you will develop and grow relationships with some of our most strategic and performance based advertisers in the Mid Market channel. Your primary responsibilities include driving revenue, meeting performance targets, developing new business, maintaining and expanding customer relationships, and resolving specific customer issues. By guiding clients’ efforts, you'll drive value for millions of Pinners seeking inspiration and action, forming strategic alliances both internally and externally. Success in this role depends on your ability to drive substantial revenue growth and spearhead a vision for long-term client success. The Mid Market team is velocity based sales.
What you'll do:
- Activate, retain and grow partner relationships, ultimately driving Pinterest revenue across App and Performance advertisers.
- Build strong relationships with clients, agencies, C-suite, and key stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate leadership and a deep understanding of client business goals and industry trends.
- Develop tailored media strategies across app and performance advertisers to drive adoption of Pinterest ads, leveraging strong product and platform knowledge and performance measurement insights.
- Position Pinterest as a key platform by highlighting ad performance and impact.
- Identify and communicate new growth opportunities to expand client partnerships and drive revenue for Pinterest.
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams to support client marketing objectives.
What we are looking for:
- 7+ years of experience in digital media sales, particularly with App Marketing expertise.
- Tenacious sales professional focused on activation and acquisition, leveraging creativity and resourcefulness, and embodying the 'challenger seller' approach.
- Track record of meeting revenue goals and accurate forecasting.
- Proven experience activating and strengthening long-term partnerships and driving successful negotiations with executive-level business, marketing, and agency leaders.
- Performance based ad sales background (lower funnel/direct response experience), with strong knowledge of products and platforms.
- Analytical and creative thinker, skilled at turning data and trends into clear strategies and actionable steps for growth, embodying powerful storytelling.
- App Marketing Expertise: Deep expertise in mobile app growth with solid understanding of mobile measurement, attribution models, and mobile app ecosystem. Candidate should have solid experience advising partners on app-specific growth and optimisation levers, user acquisition strategies, creative testing frameworks, and technical fluency to support full funnel performance.
- AI Enthusiast: Demonstrates a strong curiosity for and practical application of AI to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and elevate client communications, presentations, and recommendations. Uses AI thoughtfully across account strategy and sales motions to uncover insights, sharpen strategic narratives, and show up as a strong, trusted advisor while maintaining sound judgment and a high bar for quality.

- Excellent written and verbal communication; skilled at building lasting partnerships and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capacity to travel for client meetings.

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- This role will need to be in the office or in-market 3 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from our Dublin office.

Working Expectations:
- In-market focused sales team focused on velocity, expect to be traveling in-market 50% of the time.
