What success looks like in this role:
- Implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including wireless access points, routers, switches and WLAN controllers.
- Perform fault isolation and resolution in a methodical and thorough manner in accordance with SLA.
- Remotely support customers and/or onsite technicians test and turn-ups of WAN and LAN equipment.
- Configuration management of Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), Wireless LANs, network segments, security devices and Internet and Intranet systems to ensure operability.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches, hot fixes, and security configuration.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot within the roles of Incident Management (Return-to-Service), Problem Management (Reason for Outage) and Change management.
- Work with engineering department to develop customer and device specific knowledge base.
- Maintaining and predesign documents for all network infrastructure.
- Maintains on-call availability to respond to network issues and up-time; must be flexible and available with the scheduling.
- Plan and implement network changes as per the ITIL change management process.
- Meet and exceed customer SLA or OLA metrics.
- Work with third party vendors to remediate and resolve customer issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supporting Network Infrastructure.
- ITIL foundation knowledge and certification.
- Hand on experience in following technologies and products:
- Cisco routers, Catalyst switches, Nexus switches, WLCs & Meraki devices
- HP, Aruba switches, routers & WLCs
- Cisco ISE, Cisco DNAC, ACI
- SD WAN – Silver peak, Velo cloud etc.
- Good level of understanding on the virtualization concepts.
- Hands on experience in Public Cloud environments such MS Azure and AWS
- Automation of tasks and continuous improvement.
- Professional level certification in one or more fields. (Cisco- CCNA, CCNP, SISE; Aruba - ACSA, ACSP, ACMX, ACSDP)
- Proficient with standard troubleshooting practices and methodologies.
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions.
- Knowledge of application, transport and network level protocols.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
