Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic, high-impact Sr. Channel Account Manager to drive partner growth across the U.S. Northeast. This role is responsible for expanding and managing key channel relationships, executing joint business plans, and accelerating partner-led revenue through both new logos and existing accounts.
The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, recruit and enable partners, and deliver against pipeline and revenue targets by activating a strong partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive partner-led revenue growth across the Northeast territory
Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners
Build and manage a qualified partner-driven pipeline
Collaborate with partner sales teams on demand generation, enablement, and GTM activities
Establish executive-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor to partners
Align internal teams (Sales, Marketing, SE, Services) to support partner success
Negotiate partnership agreements and support deal execution
Clearly articulate value propositions and differentiate offerings in the market
Basic Qualifications
Proven success driving partner-led revenue in the Northeast region
Strong background in IT/security sales (hardware and/or software)
Experience working with distributors and reseller channels
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence outcomes
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with strong presentation capabilities
Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and based in NY/NJ/CT
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of channel sales experience (reseller experience a plus)
Expertise in data security, encryption, identity, PKI, or related domains

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $113,750-$166,834 per year (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement. - Demonstrated a track record of proven success with partners in Northeast territory
- Strong track record of success in generating partner-initiated revenue
- Partner sales orientation, with a high level of knowledge of the security market
- Background in the IT security industry involving hardware and/or software
- Competent working with both IT Distribution and Reseller Channels
- Financial acumen to be able to create financially sound sales strategies
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
- Ability to develop senior level relationships
- Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving
- Can present effectively to small and large groups
- Is a highly motivated, results oriented goal achiever
- Experience collaborating with channels' sales teams to identify opportunities for new business
- Clear understanding of the various business and partnership models for channel partners
- Ability to quickly learn, apply, and position technical knowledge related to offerings
- Strong team work ethic and ability to engage with internal stakeholders
- Competent with SalesForce.com - quoting, reporting, and account knowledge
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
