We are looking for a Business Systems Engineer to lead and optimize our processes in Indirect Procurement. This individual will work closely with Procurement, AP, Legal, IT, and Facilities to streamline processes around requisitions, supplier onboarding, invoicing, and sourcing. This is a critical role to help scale purchasing operations, ensure policy compliance, and enhance the end-user experience.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary technical owner of Indirect Procurement and Invoicing modules such as Coupa.
- Lead the systems requirements, design and implementation of indirect procurement workflows
- Own workflows for sourcing, supplier onboarding, requisition approval, PO creation, invoice matching, contract repository management and compliance rules.
- Collaborate with Supply chain, Procurement, Legal, and AP to gather system requirements and work with implementation partners to deliver features.
- Collaborate with the business to prioritize enhancements, bug fixes, and automation.
- Manage user access, permissions, and workflow configurations during implementation and after.
- Enable reporting on spend, vendor performance, and drive business insights.
- Implement IT Controls for SOX for indirect procurement.
- Partner with Finance to support invoice processing, 3-way match (where needed), and NetSuite integration

Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Supply chain or related field
- 5+ years experience in a technical role with deep experience with Source to pay, handling procurement, invoicing and sourcing modules with Indirect procurement ( Software, Services, facilities etc).
- Implementation experience with Coupa and integrating Coupa with NetSuite or another ERP system (REST/CSV/SFTP/API-based integrations).
- Comfortable with hands-on configuration and optimization of end-to-end S2P workflows, issue resolution and troubleshooting.
- Strong in supplier enablement, policy-driven approval flows, and PO lifecycle
- Work with product managers and business stakeholders, perform configurations and scripting where needed.
- Knowledge of AP processes interfacing with finance teams is a plus.
- Experience with integration platforms like Workato is a plus
The base salary range for this role is$165,000 - $242,000 The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
