Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities :

• Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders.

• Document business processes, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Manage and refine Jira backlog items and maintain Confluence documentation.

• Analyze APIs, source systems, interfaces, and data mappings.

• Support solution design discussions with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QE teams.

• Coordinate testing activities, defect management, and business signoff.

• Support audit, governance, risk, and control documentation.

Required Experience

• 7+ years as Business Systems Analyst / Senior BSA

• Jira and Confluence expertise

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience

• API and integration analysis

• Banking or financial services experience

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders across business and technology

Preferred Experience

• e-signature platforms

• Nodejs, Java, Azure ASP 

• Data mapping and source-system analysis
