The Sr Business Process Analyst is responsible for managing all administrative and procedural aspects of the fee and incentive program, the Rapid Design Process (RDP), which supports the delivery of over $5B in annual transaction fee revenue.
Role will function as the primary contact for all stakeholders across business lines, including Pricing, Fee, and legal teams supporting CME business lines.
Maintain and strive to improve the process and operating environment including timelines, process flow procedures, program documentation and workflows.
Review program participant applications to ensure completeness and contribute to their approval for participation.
Additionally, the role will coordinate and facilitate periodic Fee Review Committee meetings including developing agendas and reporting out on the team's decisions.
Collaborate with cross functional participants to assess, identify, and deploy process improvements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Owner of RDP workflow: manage initiatives, complete workflow tasks, ensure all applicable stakeholders are following timelines and processes while ensuring programs are complete and approved to ensure regulatory filing.
Manage the timing and objectives for “PAID” and “RDP” ensuring renewals and product launches are meeting the timelines established with the business.
Edit and finalize program memos (rough drafts from BLMs, prior to and during RDP meetings); maintain shared drive memo repository
Manage and ensure the approval of program memos with the RDP Team while communicating attaining approval from applicable MD/DAO/CEO/Board as defined by the approval and delegation
Implement, communicate, and track monthly process timelines; ensure stakeholders are meeting all timelines
Compile and distribute bi-weekly pipeline review spreadsheets and timelines to stakeholders
Schedule and host weekly pipeline review meetings with RDP Team
Manage RDP documentation (i.e., SOPs, memo templates, timelines, process docs, etc.) with stakeholders on at least an annual, or as needed, basis
Review all program participant applications as well as manage review status and outcome in designated database/routing tools.
Initiate and host Fee Review Committee meetings; compile weekly agenda; manage Fee Review Committee historical data repository.
Continuous focus on process improvement of team processes as well as collaborating with key stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Schedule and host yearly retrospectives with all RDP stakeholders
Skills and Software Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; process coordination with a focus on process improvement; management reporting; excellent communication skills; focus on successful collaboration to achieve goals; ability to work effectively in challenging business environments; ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines; ability and interest in learning about new products and business opportunities.
Experience with Excel and Google Office Products
Experience with automated workflow tools.
