About the role.
The DT Business Partner Manufacturing represents Manufacturing Technology across LATAM and serves as the key connection between business priorities and McCain's Manufacturing Technology strategy. This role partners with senior stakeholders to shape demand, define technology roadmaps, gather and validate requirements, deploy manufacturing technology capabilities, drive business readiness and adoption, and deliver medium-to-high complexity business, process, data, and technology transformations that support the regional manufacturing agenda.
What you'll be doing.
  • Build strong relationships with LATAM Manufacturing leaders, Digital Technology leadership teams, Global Technology Leaders, and Global Product Owners.
  • Shape business demand into a prioritized Manufacturing technology portfolio and maintain regional technology roadmaps.
  • Provide strategic technology advisory aligned with McCain's global technology vision, standards, policies, and regional growth objectives.
  • Lead and support the deployment of Manufacturing technology products and capabilities across LATAM while promoting adoption of global solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Facilitate feasibility assessments, testing, user acceptance activities, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Drive business readiness activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and training planning.
  • Ensure effective delivery of Manufacturing Technology services while managing budgets, service levels, risks, and performance reviews.
  • Promote adoption of Manufacturing Data & Analytics products and help modernize reporting and decision-making capabilities.
  • Lead through influence, share knowledge, and support the development of technology teams, delivery partners, and stakeholders.

What you'll need to be successful.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • English proficiency required; Spanish required; Portuguese desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology leadership, business relationship management, major transformation programs, or related strategic technology roles.
  • Experience working with senior leadership teams and external service providers or outsourcing partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital product delivery, business analysis, change leadership, and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP Manufacturing Management, digital manufacturing technologies, data and analytics solutions, and product deployment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, lead through matrix organizations, and build high-performing teams.
  • Professional certifications such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, CBAP, or Six Sigma are considered an asset.

About the team.
This role is part of the Digital Technology organization supporting Manufacturing across LATAM. Reporting to the Digital Technology Director, LATAM, the position works closely with regional manufacturing leaders, global technology teams, product owners, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. Depending on organizational structure, the role may directly manage up to six team members while providing broad leadership through influence across regional and global teams.
