Job DescriptionThe Corporate Services Business Operations Manager is a strategic business operations leader who partners with the Head of Corporate Services and function leaders to drive operational excellence, business analytics, executive communications, cross-functional execution, and AI-enabled performance improvement. This role supports Solidigm's broader business goals by strengthening governance, enabling data-driven decision making, and improving service delivery across Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Facilities Operations, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Corporate Security. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, influences without direct authority, and brings experience in management consulting, business operations, real estate, workplace experience, or corporate services transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Operations
- Partner with the Head of Corporate Services and leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, annual priorities, and organizational operating plans.
- Establish operational frameworks, governance processes, rhythm of business, and performance management mechanisms that improve efficiency, accountability, and business results.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives across Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Facilities Operations, EHS, and Corporate Security.
- Facilitate leadership meetings, action tracking, decision follow-up, and executive business reviews.
- Operate as a trusted advisor to leadership by connecting strategy, execution, data, financial discipline, and stakeholder engagement.
Analytics, AI & Performance Insights
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive-ready reporting to track performance, identify trends, and support business decisions.
- Analyze large data sets, perform basic financial analysis, and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools, automation, and digital platforms that improve operational productivity and decision quality.
- Measure results and identify new trends, methods, and process improvements that strengthen Corporate Services performance.
Program, Project & Change Management
- Manage large, complex projects and ensure successful implementation of new processes, tools, programs, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate planning and execution across multiple Corporate Services functions, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Identify risks, remove obstacles, and drive alignment to achieve milestones and business outcomes.
- Develop communication plans and change management materials to support adoption and engagement.
Financial, Budget & Supplier Management
- Support budget planning, expense tracking, forecasting, and business review preparation.
- Partner with functions and suppliers to track deliverables, improve performance, and enhance service outcomes.
- Support supplier management, contract administration, operational planning, and continuous improvement activities.
- Build relationships with managers, employees, and stakeholders to improve Corporate Services partnership across the company.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, corporate services, real estate, workplace experience, facilities operations, strategy, transformation, or related functions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and driving cross-functional business initiatives in complex organizations.
- Strong business analytics, data visualization, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Working Conditions
This position is based in Sacramento, CA, and may be performed onsite or in a hybrid arrangement, with in-person collaboration encouraged to support close partnership with Corporate Services leadership and cross-functional teams. The role operates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment spanning multiple functions and, at times, global stakeholders, requiring flexibility to accommodate leadership schedules and business reviews. Occasional travel may be required to support site visits, cross-functional initiatives, or leadership meetings.

The compensation range for this role is $116,240 - $186,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
