As Business Operations Coordinator, you will be part of ClearHealth Strategies Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) team. You will work with the paralegals of the IDR team to assist in the eligibility review and submission of arbitration briefs in support of ClearHealth's compliance with the new No Surprises Act legislation. You will be an essential contributor throughout the briefing and submission of documentation to an independent arbiter and may offer additional support in closing disputes after arbiter determinations are received. A candidate should have the ability to work independently and follow defined standards and procedures. You will also be required to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders with the possibility of external communications with health care providers, arbiters, or clients.
This role offers on-the-job training until the individual has enough understanding to work independently. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.
Working Schedule:
This position is full time remote position, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm depending on time zone. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from CMS, arbiters, providers, clients, and ClearHealth
- Submit Briefs and Offers through CMS portal
- Identify issues, analyze EOBs and claims information, apply critical thinking skills to formulate plan of action, and resolve issues independently
- Triage complex issues to management
- Manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive manner
- Work in fast-paced, high-volume environment with quick turnaround time
- Communicate effectively utilizing solid business writing skills
- Prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives
- Collaborate with coworkers in cohesive team environment

- Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance with HIPAA privacy and security guidelines at all times
