Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Operations BI team within the Real World Solutions (RWS) organization and help the business make data-driven decisions through fit for purpose analytics. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a broad range of business problems and stakeholders, bring efficiency through change and lead operational effectiveness projects related to analytics.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI).
• Clean, validate, transform and manage data to populate reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather their requirements and help them interpret analytical dashboards.
• Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Actively contribute to internal team activities and processes and suggest improvements.
• Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to improve business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, data related or software development fields.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics position (e.g., business analyst, data engineer).
- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
- Good knowledge of SQL and ability to construct and transform data using it.
- Dataflows and semantic models’ creation and management.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to work on and successfully complete multiple projects at the same time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English.
