About the Role:
We are looking for an Operations Analyst who brings a high level of responsibility, ownership, and commitment to operational excellence. In this role, you will support and execute key FX and payments operations in Brazil, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high-quality delivery. Success in this position requires someone who is detail-oriented, intelligent, data-driven, and a fast learner, with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for continuously improving processes.
You will work in a dynamic, integrated global operational environment and collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You Will:
Execute local FX trading operations and regulatory reporting procedures with strong attention to detail to facilitate transaction flows and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ensure all procedures strictly follow local policies, regulations, and legislation..
Identify, propose, and support the implementation of enhancements to improve the success and efficiency of Brazil operations.
Prepare, maintain, and update Operations SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure accurate documentation and effective knowledge sharing across the team.
Work in an integrated global operational environment with multiple external service providers, contributing to a lean and effective operational structure.
Monitor data and operational metrics to ensure strong performance, SLA adherence, and compliance obligations.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
Own assigned processes end-to-end, ensuring reliability, timeliness, and quality.
Support cross-functional teams (Product, Treasury, Compliance, Customer Support, etc.) in maintaining and improving operational flows.
You Have:
2+ years of experience in the financial industry.
Knowledge of Brazil’s payments and foreign exchange (FX) landscape.
Experience working within an entity regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
Proven ownership mindset — you take initiative, follow through, and hold yourself accountable.
Fast learning ability and adaptability in complex operational environments.
Familiarity with data tools (Excel/Sheets required; SQL or BI tools are a plus).
Intermediate English, with clear and objective written and verbal communication - A strong plus
