Onze afdeling Client Intelligence is een enthousiast team van Business Analisten, Web Designers, Product Owners en Subject Matter Experts. Samen werken we aan innovatieve oplossingen die écht impact maken in onze organisatie. Denk hierbij aan projecten zoals speech analytics, gamification en het ontwikkelen van learning & development tools, waarmee we processen slimmer, leuker en efficiënter maken.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Sr Business Data Analyst speel je een sleutelrol in het analyseren van complexe datasets en het ondersteunen van diverse afdelingen binnen onze internationale organisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met onze Business Intelligence Developer en begeleidt minder ervaren collega's.
Je houdt je bezig met:
- Visualiseren van complexe datasets en het vertalen van inzichten naar heldere, bruikbare adviezen;
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van dashboards die data tot leven brengen – hierbij begrijp je wat belangrijk is voor de eindgebruiker;
- Actief meedenken over de verbetering en uitbreiding van onze BI-omgeving;
- Proactief bijdragen aan verbetervoorstellen en deze uitwerken;
- Verdiepen in data modeling en bijdragen aan functionele back-end ontwerpen;
- Ondersteunen van minder ervaren collega's in hun werkzaamheden en ontwikkeling;
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde bachelor in Data Science, Toegepaste Wiskunde, Business Analytics of een vergelijkbare studie;
- 2-5 jaar werkervaring als Business of Data Analist;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;
- Nieuwsgierigheid en een onderzoekende houding;
- Ervaring met SQL, databases en BI-tools;
- Ervaring met Qlik Sense (pré) of vergelijkbare visualisatietools;
- Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable field
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Curious and investigative mindset
- Experience with SQL, databases, and BI tools
- Experience with Qlik Sense or comparable data visualization tools
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
