Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to responsible for understanding the business and system requirements of clients.  The position is full time and hybrid opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Interacts extensively with system owners and users to understand business requirements.

  • Analyzes business requirements vis-à-vis existing processes and systems.

  • Prepares detailed functional/system specification documents for software applications.

  • Proposes optimized design and solutions for new or existing systems with efficient and potentially reusable solution design of software flows and modules.

  • Proposes alternative solutions that meet client requirements as well as ensure technical feasibility.

  • Works closely with application developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

  • Tests developed systems to ensure compliance with client requirements.

  • Supports Dev and QA teams to review their artifacts to ensure the right requirements are being implemented.

  • Facilitates user acceptance testing activities and ensures a high satisfaction rating from clients.

  • Analyzes incidents encountered in live operations and determines corresponding system enhancements required.

  • Oversees and orchestrates the smooth progress of the project from start to UAT to the customer.

  • Proposes improvements in client processes to increase work efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensures all stakeholders have an adequate understanding of the requirements during the walkthrough, such that they can deliver their work output of high quality.

  • Ensures there are no miscommunications or lack of information among the stakeholders.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science/Engineering, Business or other related courses

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Can start at the earliest convenience

  • 4+ years of work experience with Business Requirements

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
