About the role

We are seeking a proactive, versatile Product Analyst to reinforce our Foundations Team. The role bridges product, operations, and analytics, providing essential support to ensure seamless workflows across usage statistics, process management, and business continuity. You will also contribute to the new product launch of Liquidity Modeling and serve as a backup for key product roles.

Due to the specifics of the Foundations Team’s mission, the ideal candidate should have a functional knowledge of the Kyriba application, a global understanding of Kyriba as a platform, and a strong customer-centric mindset.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Product Operations & Support

  • Collaborate daily with Foundations Product and Dev Teams.

  • Act as a bridge between Teams across product pillars.

  • Provide operational support: resolve functional queries, manage usage statistics, and help maintain knowledge continuity.

  • Document and optimize key business processes, focusing on breaking down operational silos.

Product Delivery

  • Support agile delivery: work with development teams, follow up on roadmaps, prioritize issues, and contribute to business analysis and testing.

  • Provide backup for Product Owner and key team roles during absences or periods of high demand.

Strategic Contribution

  • Participate in building the long-term vision and defining strategies aligned with Kyriba’s global outlook.

  • Support the creation and execution of the 6-month roadmap.

Operational Continuity

  • Execute and maintain alert replication steps to ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational issues.

  • Support liquidity modeling activities as needed (data gathering, basic analysis, reporting).

  • Product Analytics

  • Collect, analyze, and report on usage statistics to guide product strategy and monitor performance.

  • Contribute actionable insights to product planning and operational improvements.

Education, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required.

  • Master’s Degree or relevant certification (CBAP, CAP, Agile, Scrum, etc.) is a plus

  • 6+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product operations, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment.

  • Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting agile product delivery.

  • Familiarity with the Kyriba platform or other treasury/financial applications is highly desirable.

  • Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and data analysis.

  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Qlik, BigQuery SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships and foster collaboration across teams.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

  • Functional understanding of core SaaS concepts and application architectures is a plus.

  • Fluency in English required; additional languages are a strong asset.
