Responsibilities
- Direct involvement in on premises to cloud migration initiatives (Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments)
- Enterprise-wide transformation and modernization programs
- Current-state and future-state process analysis and documentation
- Business requirements gathering, validation, and traceability
- Data migration planning, mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Business impact assessments, dependency analysis, and migration readiness activities
- Cross-functional collaboration with architecture, infrastructure, security, application, and business teams
- Executive stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and decision support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field.
- 6+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience working on application migration, modernization, cloud migration, or system transformation projects.
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements.
- Experience working within Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, application owners, developers, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
- Advanced skills in process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience supporting large-scale migration or transformation programs
- Quantifiable project impact, such as applications, users, or business units affected
- Leadership in requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and process analysis
- Experience collaborating across technical and business teams
- Exposure to cloud environments and migration planning activities
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
