This position is ideal for experienced business analysis professionals to join the Treatment Planning Automation team as a Senior Business Analyst. You will contribute to the analysis, development, and delivery of features across several internal applications that automate and improve the orthodontic treatment planning process. Partnering with cross-functional and multiregional teams, you’ll translate business needs into actionable requirements, evaluate the impact and benefits of proposed solutions, and analyze the usage and efficiency of released features. This role is important in driving product improvements and increasing automation throughout treatment planning.

  • Assess the impact of business requests and evaluate their expected benefits.
  • Generate project ideas and propose initiatives to improve treatment planning automation and operational efficiency.
  • Gather, analyze, clarify, and document business and system requirements with stakeholders.
  • Discuss requirements, priorities, and proposed solutions with cross-functional and multiregional teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements in collaboration with development and SQA teammates.
  • Support formal system documentation and regulatory paperwork in accordance with company processes.
  • Support feature development and delivery throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze the usage, performance, and efficiency of released features through production monitoring and data analysis.
  • Support multiple projects at different stages of development in parallel.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
What we’re looking for
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Data analysis: Experience with SQL and automated data analysis; advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Requirements: Experience gathering, analyzing, clarifying, and documenting business and system requirements.
  • Documentation: Experience preparing and supporting formal business, system, or regulatory documentation.
  • Analytical skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Organization: Ability to manage and support multiple projects at different stages in parallel.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, multiregional environment.
  • Ownership: Ability to work proactively, propose improvements, and transform business needs into actionable solutions.
  • English: B2 level or higher, with the ability to discuss requirements and project activities with international colleagues.

Complementary skills
  • Experience with Redshift SQL, Aginity Pro, SQuirreL SQL Client, Microsoft Excel, Splunk, and Jira.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Knowledge of mathematical disciplines such as optimization, linear algebra, and analytical geometry.
  • Experience with 3D computational software or CAD-related systems.
  • Experience supporting product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a regulated software or medical device environment.
