Position Summary

The Business Analyst (P3 Level) will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting SAP implementations/enhancements with a focus on SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) modules.

This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to ensure high-quality and compliant SAP solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis & Documentation

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements for development and QA teams

2. SAP SD/MM Functional Expertise

• Provide functional expertise in:
  • SAP SD: Order-to-Cash (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing)
  • SAP MM: Procure-to-Pay (PR, PO, Goods Receipt, Invoice Verification)
• Understand and validate integration between SD and MM processes

3. Solution Design & Support

• Work with technical teams to design feasible SAP solutions
• Review functional and technical specifications
• Ensure solutions align with business processes and system capabilities

4. Agile & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work in Agile/Scrum environment as:
  • Business Analyst / Proxy Product Owner
• Collaborate with:
  • Business users
  • Developers
  • QA teams
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning

5. Testing & Validation Support

• Support QA team in:
  • Test scenario identification
  • Test case review
  • UAT coordination
• Validate end-to-end business scenarios across SD/MM
• Ensure requirements are correctly implemented and tested

6. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements
• Support impact analysis for changes/enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environment
• Hands-on experience in SAP SD and/or SAP MM modules
• Experience in end-to-end business processes (O2C & P2P)

Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong understanding of:
  • SD processes (Pricing, Billing, Delivery)
  • MM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Invoice Verification)
• Knowledge of integration points (SD-MM, FI integration is a plus)
• Familiarity with SAP tables, reports, and basic configuration

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to articulate requirements clearly and concisely
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Brazil localization / tax processes (good to have based on your current projects)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Exposure to QA/testing lifecycle

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong collaboration with distributed/global teams.
