  • Develop and maintain functional models and business process artifacts (process flows, entity relationships, data models) to support shared understanding across business, IT, and delivery teams.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps and technical teams to support sprint planning, backlog grooming, deployment readiness, and release validation for a highly customized D365 CE environment.
  • Engage with partners and vendors to advance expertise in supported platforms, especially D365 CE and Power Platform. Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations to address business requirements and application roadmaps.
  • Coordinate and provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the application.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

  • Proven experience working on highly customized D365 CE and Power Platform platforms within enterprise-class, globally integrated environments.
  • Demonstrated experience operating in complex business domains, with prior exposure to manufacturing environments—particularly Hi-Tech or Semiconductor manufacturing—considered a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working as part of a global, distributed delivery model, collaborating across regions and time zones with business, IT, and partner teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex functional concepts effectively across business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
