Position Purpose:
The Sr. Business Analyst - Finance serves as a critical link between Finance stakeholders and the technical teams delivering Automation, Analytics, and AI solutions. This role supports capacity planning efforts and manages the execution of technical workstreams by translating business needs into detailed requirements and Jira stories.
Key Responsibilities:
40% REQUIREMENTS & WORKSTREAM MANAGEMENT: Lead the gathering of functional requirements for Analytics, Automation, and AI initiatives. Translate these into detailed technical specifications and User Stories.
30% CAPACITY PLANNING & WORKFLOW COORDINATION: Support the leadership team in capacity planning by maintaining the project backlog and tracking resource allocation.
20% PROCESS ANALYSIS: Conduct deep-dive analysis of current-state Finance processes. Document workflows to identify inputs/outputs for Automation and Data Engineering solutions.
10% QUALITY ASSURANCE & UAT: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with Finance business partners.

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
