Job SummaryAs a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Business Analyst, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, train end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
Essential Functions- Identify, gather, and document business requirements and objectives.
- Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within Dynamics 365.
- Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements using Dynamics 365 capabilities.
- Assist in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
- Expertise in X++, the primary programming language for Dynamics 365 F&O
- Understanding of Application Integration Framework (AIF) and Data Management Framework
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and integration with other systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline
- At least 7 years of experience in an ERP Business Analyst role
- Knowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) for managing implementations
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for source control and project management
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration and customization
- Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, and recommending solutions to bridge functional gaps
- Experience defining and maintaining business processes. Familiarity with business process reengineering and optimization
- Proven experience in leading large-scale integration projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving business initiatives and influencing stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with other IT leaders and stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Ability to create and modify reports using tools like Power BI or SQL Reporting Services
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Experience in conducting user training and preparing documentation for end-users
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, as well as supply chain management concepts
- Optional but beneficial certifications include Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or similar credentials

Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore. Each yacht will feature 149 suites, each with its own private terrace, and accommodate up to 298 guests in a relaxed, casually elegant atmosphere. As with The Ritz-Carlton® on land, each yacht will feature personalized service, elevated dining and luxury amenities. The yachts are also available for private charter.
